When should I book my installation?
The earlier the better — our calendar fills up fast in October and November. Book in early fall and we'll have your display shining before Thanksgiving.
Do I need to buy the lights?
No. Our programs are all-inclusive: commercial-grade LED lights, clips, timers, and cables are all provided by us and included in your quote.
What happens if a bulb goes out?
Call us and we'll come fix it — fast and free. Season-long maintenance is included with every installation.
When do the lights come down?
We begin takedowns the first week of January. If you'd like yours down earlier or later, just let our office know and we'll work with your schedule.
Do you store the lights and decorations?
Yes. Everything is taken down, labeled by where it was installed, and stored in our facility — so next year your display goes up exactly the way you love it.
